## What about requirements?

### BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- Have a valid driver's license
- Currently authorized to work in the United States
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Have a personal vehicle (Sway does not provide vehicles)
- Own a smartphone (iPhone or Android)
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Must pass a background check
- Must have a SSN#

### PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Prior driving experience with rideshare (Uber / Lyft), food delivery companies, shipping carriers (UPS / FedEx) valet, etc.
- Strong verbal communication and customer service skills
